Shane is an outstanding: detail oriented designer

During my time at Cisco I witnessed his meticulous commitment to nailing every detail and documenting process. Where other designers say good enough, Shane drills down deeper. He helped lead and ship many products at Webex. Eventually becoming the de facto brain trust of every detail of the Webex design language.

Aside from his well rounded DFM chops and industrial design skill, Shane also navigates difficult challenges and cross functional teams well. He interfaced with the Cisco organization well while navigating the ever changing landscape of product development and suppliers.

Any team would be lucky to have him, he instantly adds value to any team.
